How do I receive a quote?

Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
Our sales offices, warehouse, and showroom are open year-round. To visit the showroom, please call for an appointment. Give us a call at 800-424-TENT (8368).
How do I place an order?
Once you have received and agreed upon a quote, one of our account managers will email or fax you a contract for your review. To secure the date of your event and equipment needed, 50% payment is due at the time of the reservation (for non billing accounts). Final payment must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Can I pick up my event rentals?
Yes, you can!
What are your hours of delivery?
Deliveries are scheduled within a three hour window, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Additional charges will apply for narrow time frames, long equipment carry or other labor-intensive deliveries. Deliveries scheduled after our normal hours and on holidays may incur additional delivery charges.
How far do you deliver?
Nationwide, although the size and type of job dictates the feasibility of delivery costs.
Do your crews set up and break down the equipment?
All of our tent, stage and dance floor pricing includes regular set-up and break-down. Additional labor cost may be incurred if our trucks do not have access to the set-up site, for beach set-ups or for unusual circumstances. Other party rentals such as tables and chairs can be set up for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
How is equipment delivered and how should it be returned?
All rental items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. Our personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items. Our equipment arrives in special containers to ensure that it will arrive sanitized and table ready. All items are counted at delivery and again at pickup. If an event site/venue does not allow this, the counts will be held until they return to our warehouse. All chairs and tables must be broken down and stacked prior to pick up. To comply with the health department regulations all glassware, flatware and china must be rinsed and returned to the crates in which the items were delivered. Labor charges will be applied should equipment not be ready at the time of pickup or rinsed properly.
How far in advance should I reserve my tent?
As soon as possible! Preferably 6 months, of course we can usually accommodate shorter notices. Think it’s too late? Call us anyway 800-424-TENT (8368). We still want to make it happen! April-June and September-November are our busiest times of the year. Dates during these months go very quickly.
What size tents do you offer?
Nationwide Tents ‘N’ Events has clear and white canvas tents, ranging in size from 10’ x 10’ to 100’ x unlimited lengths’. Please call for a price quote 800-424-TENT (8368). Our event specialists are also able to discuss a 3D layouts and perform site evaluations if necessary as part of our service to you.
How do I know what size tent to order?
Our specialists will ask you a variety of questions such as expected guests, seating arrangements and whether or not there will be additional food tables, dancing and/or staging under the tent. We’ll make a recommendation, just give us a call 800-424-TENT
What’s the difference in a pole tent and a frame tent?
Pole tents are a little bit more economical, but are also a little more restrictive. They must be staked into the ground and are tension based, therefore have guy-lines pulling the liner outside the perimeter of the tent. They also have at least one pole in the center. Frame tents do not require the tension lines, may be staked or weighted and have an unobstructed interior view. Because they have no tension lines, they are more accommodating to smaller spaces.
How much do linen rentals cost?
Pricing is determined by the size and pattern of each cloth. Our specialists are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Inquiries are welcome by phone, fax or email. Give us a call 800-424-TENT.
What size dance floor do I need?
Typically, no more than ½ of the guests will dance at one time. Consider half of your guests and give them each at least 4 square feet of dance space.
Do you have an emergency number?
Yes, when you call our main phone line it is forwarded after hours to an emergency contact.
