SEC Beach Fest 2012
August 23-26th, the SEC Beach Fest, a championship celebration to kick-off the 2012 college football season, in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, AL.
BamaJam 2012
BamaJam2012 was a 3 day/3 night Music Festival extravaganza at Bama Jam Farms in Atmore, AL. The all outdoor festival provided dozens of entertainers. We provided the tents and event rentals.
Ice Skating Rink at Baytowne Wharf
We used a 40x75 Future Trac Frame tent with French windows and white sliding sidewalls to accommodate this ice skating rink in Sandestin, Florida.
DeLuna Fest 2010
We are very pleased to be the tent provider for DeLuna Festival year after year! For 2010, we provided a vast array of tents, tables, chairs, and accessories.
BP Local Spill Operations Staging Area
In 2010, BP contracted with NationWide Tents N Events to provide long-term structure and catering for volunteer and profesional response personnel in Pensacola, FL.
2008 Greek Festival
The 2008 Greek Festival held in Mary Esther, Florida featured a 80x100 Series 2000 Twin Pole Tension Tent.
Florida Golf Course Wedding
This wedding took place on a golf course in NW Florida, and features a 60x120 Epic High Peak pole tent. We provided chandeliers with pole skirting on the center poles, as well as a 12x24 black and white checkered dance floor.
Pensacola FL Wedding
This wedding features a 40x85 Future Trac Frame tent. The ceremony took place in Pensacola, Florida. We installed the 40x85 Future Trac Frame tent with clear tops, and we provided 5 ft. round tables and white wood garden chairs. We also supplied the Northern Burch Dance floor.
Florida Bed and Breakfast Wedding
This wedding was held at A Highlands House in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and featured a 60x80 Clear Span tent with all clear tops. We installed lights and umbrellas along the beams to achieve our client's desired twinkling, dreamy atmosphere.
Destin, FL Wedding
This wedding features a Clear Span tent. The ceremony took place in Destin, Florida. We provided ALL of the hard items for this reception.
2008 Gulf Coast Women's Expo
The 2008 Pensacola Women's Expo featured a very unique tent, which utilized many of the special features that we offer. We used a 40x130 Future Trac Frame tent, and created a 15' covered porch on the end. We also used an interior window gable wall section to separate the porch from the interior of the tent.
2008 Jazz Concert
This event was held in Destin, Florida and featured an 80x100 Series 2000 Twin Pole Tension tent with white sidewalls as well as some French windows.
Home Owners Association Meeting
This meeting was held in Destin, Florida and featured a 30x60 Party Canopy Pole tent set up for a home owners association meeting by the pool area.
2007 Greek Festival
The Greek Festival was held in Mary Esther, Florida and featured a 60x120 Epic Modern Pole tent, as well as several smaller Epic Moderns.
Wedding
